Want to learn how to roll incredible Maki Sushi and prepare Nigiri? Then join us for this informative and hands on sushi class! We will cover the ins and outs from the ground up starting with preparing perfect sushi rice and then moving on to preparing vegetables, fish, eel, shrimp, roe, tamago eggs, toppings, sauces, and sides such as wasabi and pickled ginger. Each student will roll and prepare their own sushi as our Chef demonstrates and guides you through the process. The meal to follow will be incredible! Everyone will go home with a fundamental knowledge of how to prepare basic sushi and a their own bamboo mat!
