Back by popular demand, Brad Kelley will be leading another cooking class, this time on Mediterranean cuisine. We’ll kick off by watching a 30 minute video on The Everyday Gourmet: The Joy of Mediterranean Cooking. Then, we’ll delve into the preparation of dishes that may include dolmas, hummus, babaganoush, tabbouleh, shish tawook, and paella.
This will be a great opportunity to not only hang out with your friends on a Saturday night, but also eat delicious food and expand your cooking repertoire. The cost of the class will be $15 to cover food and clubhouse rental, payable to Adrienne on the day of (preferably cash or check). Class size will be limited to 15 people so we’re able to buy the correct amount of ingredients, so RSVP if you plan to attend. It’s also BYOB if you plan on drinking. Hope to see you there!
