Course 1: Smoked pimento cheese fritter with black eyed pea puree, spicy tomato jam, and house pickled okra
Course 2: Shrimp and grits featuring tasso ham, andouille sausage, and parmesan grits
Course 3: Steak and soft poached eggs, jalapeno corn muffin, sauteed greens, charred tomatoes, and hollandaise
Course 4: Bruleed banana, coconut pastry cream, chantilly cream, and vanilla wafer crumble
