Nikki Moore, Realtor

Realty Executives’ newly welcomed agent, Nikki Moore, grew up in Blount County and she currently lives in Lenoir City. Nikki served as a police officer in the City of Knoxville for almost 8 years which also provided her thorough knowledge of the Knox county real estate area. Not only did she familiarize and engage herself with the communities in Knoxville, she obtained numerous certifications that will equip her in being an excellent agent to serve her clients during the most difficult and stressful times of engaging in real estate transactions. She understands the dedication, duties, and ethics that are necessary in providing the best experience for her clients. She chose to leave her beloved, yet time consuming career to spend more time raising her children and focus on her other love, real estate. As an active member in over three communities, she has a vast amount of knowledge to help her clients in selling and buying real estate.

As mentioned before, Nikki has a strong passion for her family. She proudly accepts the
role of a wife to her husband, Adam Moore, and Mommy to her boys, Kase and Dylan. Kase is her 17 month old energetic son that keeps her on her toes, while Dylan is the caring and loving
step-son that Nikki has chosen to love as her own.

Nikki is currently finishing up her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and plans to continue her education by achieving her Master’s Degree. With these degrees, she plans on investing additional time into the community by educating others. A few other areas that Nikki has contributed to the betterment of her community were through the Fraternal Order of Police, Public Safety Foundation, and United Way. Nikki is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS and the Knoxville Multiple Listing Service, as well as the Tennessee and National Association of REALTORS.

While Nikki is new to Realty Executives she is not new to the real estate world. She has invested in various real estate opportunities since 2004 and has taken on the adventure of remodelling houses to better the community in Blount County. As an investor, she has facilitated the improvement of homes that once had an adverse effect on the community’s resale value and environment, by giving these homes new life again by placing them back on the market for others to enjoy and call home. Nikki’s experience in real estate transactions, financing, community improvement, remodelling, negotiations, and organization makes it evident that she is an excellent choice to name as your agent in the purchase or sale of your home.

You probably thought the story would end there. My love of serving continued to be strong on my heart and I wanted to combine my real estate career in some way of giving back. After many months of searching, brainstorming, talking with colleagues, and prayer, I found Homes for Heroes. I immediately fell in love with what they stood for, serving those who serve us. After years of serving the communities around me, I knew what it was like. Most of the time it was a very thankless task, but that was not what we were there for. So, when I discovered a way to give back and say thank you to heroes in our communities, who selflessly give everyday, I knew I was absolutely IN! After contacting Mandy, with the overwhelming excitement of finding what I had been searching for, I told her all about Homes for Heroes. She too served in healthcare for many years before becoming a REALTOR. She hopped right on board and we started the Homes for Heroes East TN with Nikki and Mandy. Everyday, we look forward to helping teachers, law enforcement, military, firefighters, licensed healthcare workers, and EMS receive their discount rewards when buying and selling real estate!

I am excited to be given the opportunity to assist you with all your real estate needs and welcome you to visit me at the Realty Executive Associates office at 1213 W. Lamar Alexander Parkway or call (865) 983-0011. You may also contact me on my cell at (865) 266-9575 or email nikkimooreyouragent@gmail.com.

As "Your Agent", I'm eager to help you achieve your real estate dreams whether it is selling, investing, or buying your dream home! It's all about You!
