Will is a Knoxville native, having lived in the area for all but two years of his life. He has called the communities of Farragut, Hardin Valley, and Lenoir City home; giving him a unique insight into the East Tennessee area we all love. Will also lived briefly in France and Asheville, North Carolina during his childhood, giving him a wonderful perspective of diverse cultures while also reminding him there is no place like beautiful, East Tennessee.
Will offers a comprehensive experience in the home industry as his family has been in the residential construction industry in Knoxville since the early 2000’s. Will himself has worked as a supervisor in his family’s business giving him an insight that is invaluable in the real estate and custom home industry.
Will graduated from Lenoir City High School and from there attended Pellissippi State Community College in Hardin Valley. Upon graduation from Pellissippi, Will attended Lee University in Cleveland Tennessee, and graduated with a degree in Business Finance. During his time in college Will was involved in intramural sports, academic honor societies, community service, Greek life, and many other activities that shaped him into the person he is today and solidified his love for people and strong communities.
Will is extremely passionate about the real estate industry and a go-getter. Will is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors as well as the Tennessee and National Association of Realtors. He sees real estate as an opportunity to not only make a living but also help people and the community he loves. It is important to Will to always do everything he can to make sure he treats everyone with fairness and integrity. Will believes if you listen well, treat people right, and work diligently to find them something that fits their needs, then you have done your job.
In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with friends and family, participating in anything sports related, hunting and fishing, boating, and attending church. Will was on the varsity football team during high school, and this experience brought about invaluable team skills that he still uses to this day. Being a volunteer is also important to Will. He is a member of Two Rivers Church Knoxville, and has served as a middle school small group leader for over three years at the church. Will has served on multiple mission trips, including a trip to Nicaragua to teach and play baseball in the summer of 2016. Faith is central to Will’s life and carries over to business where he incorporates those values to offer a level of trust and accountability that is often lacking in today’s world.
