The Hartsoe Law Firm is an injury and accident law firm with its Knoxville Office conveniently located in the Hartsoe Law Building at 908 West Lamar Alexander Parkway in Maryville, Tennessee (between the Knox and Blount County Courthouses). Mark C. Hartsoe, its founder and Managing Partner, has represented hundreds of people injured in motorcycle accidents, car accidents, truck wrecks , and other personal injury matters. Mr. Hartsoe believes in the power of hard work and responsive, results-oriented representation. Mark C. hartsoe is widely recognized as the "go to" guy when it comes to representing injured bikers in Tennessee. The Hartsoe Law Firm is regularly referred motorcycle injury cases from out of state lawyers, including cases in Kentucky as well as many throughout Tennessee. There are a surpising number of motorcycle accidents in Tennessee due in large part to the beauty of the state that draws many out of state riders. Tennessee motorcycle riders are injured primarily due to the inattentiveness of car and truck drivers who simply don't look for motorcycle riders and pull right out in front of them.

My Hartsoe has been repeatedly recognized by his peers for his excellence in representing injured people in car accidents, truck wrecks and motorcycle crashes. Mr. Hartsoe has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2006 and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trail Lawyers Association. My Hartsoe has been selected as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Society, The Verdict Club and the Litigation Counsel of America to name just a few of his honors awarded as a result of the results he has achieved representing peolpe in Car accidents, motocrcycle accidents, truck wrecks and other injury cases. Mr. Hartsoe would be honored to talk with you about your case to discuss how he can help you and your family recover from the physical, financial and emotional devastation that oftentimes accompanies an injury caused by the negligence of others. Hartsoe has the experience that counts and obtains the results that matter.

Mr. Hartsoe is a 1985 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. He began his legal career as a Federal Prosecutor handling environmental cases in Federal Court throughout the Southeast. Hartsoe was later a Senior Partner in a large law for ten years firm before forming his own firm. After just one year, the Hartsoe Law Firm, P.C. expanded their operation and moved into the newly renovated Hartsoe Law Building. Hartsoe served for many years on the board of the Tennessee Association for Justice (Tennessee Trial Lawyers), for six years as a board member of the Foothills land Conservancy, and on the boards of the Wellness Community Cancer Support Network and Town Hall East. Hartsoe has coached little league baseball and club soccer for his three sons and operates a small family farm located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountain national Park. Hartsoe is an avid biker, paddler, hiker and gardener.

Mark C. Hartsoe has extensive experience representing injured bikers and their families. Call today so that I can help you put your life back together following a motorcycle accident.
