•Fitness evaluations to determine starting point, mid point, and final results!
•Before and after pictures
•1 hour long training sessions by personalized your Personal Trainer with a MS in Exercise Physiology and minor in Nutrition.
•Review of dietary logs to keep your nutrition right on track!
•Unlimited phone and email support from the personal trainer
•Fun filled and energized enviornment that will keep you motivated and coming back for more!
•Safe enviornment because your Personal Trainer will take into consideration any injury, disease, or disorders that you may have
