The rooftop patio portion of Crystal Cave in the Clouds will open for business April 1, 2015 on the rooftop of Scruffy City Hall as a companion rooftop to Preservation Pub's Magic Beer Tree in the Moonshine Roof Garden at 28 Historic Market Square, Knoxville.
The Crystal Cave (a sheltered interior cavern bar) will follow soon after, allowing for rooftop enjoyment 365 nights per year (rainy and cold days included), and will offer beers created by our Brewmeister SirLogan OfWentworth, invented in his Scruffy City Brewery beneath the 1st floor stage.
Available for private events (firstname.lastname@example.org), Crystal Cave in the Clouds will have a full bar hidden in a recessed cavern in our rooftop garden, with fabulous crystals and semi-precious stones imbedded among the flowering plants and breezy mists adorning the roof itself.
Accessed through the intimate Gothic grandeur of Scruffy City Hall at 32 Market Square, along stairs through the 2nd floor Balcony Bar and Loggia overlooking Historic Market Square, Crystal Cave in the Clouds will be built in the spirit of World Grotto (our former underground Moroccan-themed crystal cave), although this go-round we are concentrating on a lush garden (vs exotic East accoutrements).
See you there soon.
