He crafts high-energy power yoga classes for all levels emphasizing core strength and Ashtanga-style alignment. He also teaches hot and yin yoga, a variety of specialty series and workshops, and offers private instruction for all levels.
A licensed massage therapist specializing in therapeutic deep tissue and Thai bodywork, Philip integrates 25 years of full-time massage practice into his yoga instruction, intuitively guiding students through adept pose sequencing and body adjustments.
Philip received his bachelor's degree in nutrition from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage.
